I met with Dr. Ball to establish care, as my Primary Care Physician retired. I had a very favorable impression, she was thorough in going over my records, caring, professional yet approachable. I am relieved because I really liked my previous primary. I was told Dr. Ball is only taking patients 65 and up. As a senior citizen I really feel the difference when I’m being heard and being treated like a normal human being whose medical issues are a normal part of where I am in life.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Ball and the team that helped my mom this week. I went along to her appointment - she is so patient and really listens! I am so thankful that Dr. Ball is now my mom‘s new doctor! Ashley, the nurse was so kind as well. The convenience of valet was really appreciated - Andrew and Robert started our appointment off well with their welcoming spirit. They even feed the birds so when you’re waiting for your car, you have something to look at! I’m telling you it was a great experience!

Dr Ball is an amazing provider. She is calming and helpful, always making sure my questions are answered before my visit is complete. I appreciate her remembering my history and little anecdotes about me while we talk. It makes me feel like she truly cares about me and my health.

She has been my primary for almost 10 years. She is absolutely the most down to earth doctor I have met ( and I am a nurse). She does not pass judgement. She just listens and then makes the best treatment options for you. She has helped me through a lot of things both physically and mentally over the years with referrals etc. 10/10 recommend.

I have been in the medical profession in diagnostic imaging and healthcare informatics. I have interfaced with hundreds of physicians and Dr. Ball is at the top of my list. I have recently been through a series of tests at another hospital. I was impressed that when she saw my notes to her that she called me personally to discuss if I needed to. Being in the field, I was very aware with what was happening, however her reach out to see if I needed further support was impressive. Not many physicians with the load of patients would do that. She is a very knowledgable and caring healthcare provider.
